It's a nice day, sun, not very warm though.
Sorry to say, I have let myself down with the cigs. I am a bit upset about it. I was doing quite well.
Have decided that tomorrow, I will start again. I shall use the patches, the highest dose. Perhaps I stopped using them too soon. The lower patches will come in handy later on.
Black mark for me.
I find I am gettind a bit fed up with the battle.
But...........others have done it so why can't I? Willpower very low.
I feel happy when I don't smoke. Sounds daft really. So I undo the happy bit and have a cigarette!
Stupid.
I can smell it now. Yuck.
