That's a polite heading, it's not what I want to say though.

One before bed last night, two up to now, today. Didn't put a patch on either.

Somehow, I don't feel a 100%. I don't think it is anything to do with the cigs, having them or not having them.

I am not giving up, giving up. I will overcome. I want to, I will do. I must do.
