It's 17:30 on Tuesday. Not had a cig! Seems to have been easier today. Maybe because we went out, I dunno.
Met a lady I have, in the past, worked with. She has had pneumonia, was off work for 3 weeks, still not too good.
Sent her off to the chemist to get some patches! She reckoned, if I could stop, so could she. So that puts me in a postition, can't have one now in case I let her down! It could help me.
Must make a good example eh?
I wish her luck though.
It was the girls at work that told her I was trying to stop. (No secrets in a hospital!) lol
