Today, I have not only slipped but had a landslide! I have smoked a good few today. Trouble is, I don't care.
I say I don't care, it's too late to worry about it now but I will quit soon and this time, I hope to make it!
Joined an on line quit site, it's free too. They have given me a new start date. I have had advice from ex smokers and the strugglers. I will take it all on board and I know I will agree with them.
The only person I have let down is me.
