I am going to have a nice relaxing bath, then bed.
I took off my patch a little bit too soon, maybe it is psychological, but it seems worse since it came off.
I am using the 24 hour ones, so, why take them off? Well, I get dreams, not nice ones either. The information pack blurb says I can take them off and put one back on when I get up.
So my little chicks, day one is over again.
I have been here before, I must manage a lot better!
Wonder if there is a Patron Saint of "Stoppingsmokers?" If there is, I need you.
