They say, take a big breathe and it will pass. (The craving for a cig.) I did, it didn't but I didn't succumb. (Is that how you spell it?)
Read that the nicotine takes 72 hours to get out of your system. Most of it in the urine. Well, I think that is wot it said!!!! lol
So what did I do? I took the nicotine patch off. Possibly a stupid thing to do on day 4.
But as the article said, you aren't getting rid of the nicotine.
I realise of course that the article was right, but it was my crutch! If it gets bad, I will put another patch on. I mean, once you have got rid of the actual feeling of a cig in your hand and gradually cutting down on the patches, surely it must be easier???? Please!
I have a feeling I am going into this quitting thing just a BIT too much. Not the actual giving up but reading about it. Must stop doing that and forget about the bleddy cancer sticks!
They are getting on my nerves now.
Don't think I will seach any more sites. It's 8:05pm. Just thought I'd let you know that!!! lol
Just noticed, "want, willpower and withdrawal" win! "Cigarettes and crave" only have two mentions.
