Well chucks, it's day 45 of non smoking. Nearly 7 weeks.
The last few days have not been too bad, especially the last two. But today, I rather fancy one. Haven't done, honest.
I have read, that after all this time it will taste like sand, not only that but I will hate myself for giving in.
I haven't worn the patches for about a week, maybe more. So, no nicotine in my system now.
Suppose I should be proud of myself! ok, maybe I am but more than proud, suprised!
