Not had a smoke since last year. Never had one in January either. lol
Got an email from the quitting site today, haven't had one for five weeks!
I am rather proud of that. Never, ever, have I lasted this long.
I have to now, forget that I ever smoked. That is the hard bit. I think I may have cracked the habit but not the thinking of them. Very strange I know.
I don't want to blow my own trumpet too much, early days as yet.
I am not very far from my birthday, 63 or as I prefer to say, my 3rd twenty first birthday.
If I manage this stopping smoking thing, it will be a great present to me from me.
