Well, now I am on day 35. I am getting bored now. If you have been reading this blog, you must be too!
I am fed up of not having a smoke. I am fed up of thinking of cigs. I am fed up of writing about cigs. I am fed up with the bloomin' struggle, the crave, the one won't matter thought, the "shall I use a patch or not today?" conversation I have with myself each morning.
Why can't I be like those people, you know the ones..................
"I woke up one day and thought, I don't want to smoke, waste money, cough, get breathless, ruin my health, ruin my families health, pay all that tax, etc? So I just stopped, just like that, no problem at all."
Oh no, not me, day 35 and I still fancy one!
