Lent! Day One Again!

Usually I give up coconut for Lent. It's a bit of a cheat as I hate the stuff.

So this year, realised it would be a good time to stop smoking again. Haven't had one today and it's been ok really. I have to start again as I must get rid of this addiction.

I managed to get over 40 days and nights last time and just as it was getting easier, I had a couple of cigs. I mean, how stupid can I get?
