It's my birthday. Actually it's nearly over now. Not been a bad day though. Strange how I seem to age a year EVERY year. It doesn't seem long since the last one. (Will soon be Christmas.)
Anyway, I have smoked today. It has been a good and a stupid excuse.
I did really want to sail into my 63rd year an ex smoker.
What is wrong with me? Why can't I seem to do it?
I am weak willed. I am stupid just like my excuses.
On the Quit Site, my date for stopping is the 7th March. (I have pressed that emergency button so often now.) Next week, on the same date, I go to see the Stop Smoking Nurse. So, I better get my act together.
