About 4pm today, I smoked my last cigarette. For a good few days now I have been smoking up to, maybe, 6-7-8. Didn't count them.
This is NOT an excuse as I managed without any from New Year until the 15th Feb. But, considering I used to smoke about 20 of the stupid things, I haven't done bad.
So from today, I am an ex smoker. I am not even saying that I hope I am. I am really going for it this time.
