Day One or Day 3?

Well, I am on my third day of not smoking. On the Quit site I am on Day one.

Confused? Me too. I do know though, I had my last smoke and I have possibly told you this, I had my last cig on Sunday at 4 pm.

Won't be long before they ban smoking in public places. It's actually ages and ages since I smoked in the smoking part of cafe or pub.

Then there is No Smoking Day. The day I always dreaded. Made me feel really guilty. I never kept that day, smokefree. Maybe this year I might. I do hope so.

Yet, as I am writing this, a cig would be nice, or would it? Not going to put it to the test though.

One day at a time, one hour at a time. I will do my best to beat the weed.
