They say the weather is going to change, just hope it keeps nice over the weekend and Bank Holiday Monday.

Right, down to brass tacks! I am on day 4 of my course of Zyban. That means I am still allowed to smoke. They aren't tasting good though.

I don't like the thought of putting drugs into my body. But if it helps me break the smoking habit, surely, it's worth it? Perhaps not as much yuck going in my body as there is in a cig.
