Happy summer.

Up here in the north west of England it is mostly cloudy, rain and boy, when it rains, it rains. This is the second summer of not a lot of sun. It's warm enough though.

In Kent yesterday it was red hot.

Well, I am now doing my 11th month of not smoking. On the 27th August I will have done it.

I still get slight craves. Not half or even a quarter as bad as they were. But I still think of the things every day. I do wish I could go one full day without a thought of them.

Please, if you are thinking of stopping, don't let this put you off. It's not that bad. Just a bit annoying.

I have saved a bob or two so that is really good.
